I ran into this incredibly sweet study many years ago at a place called Cafe Gratitude and it resonated right into my work this week. It is a great way to think about how we need to be mindful of how we affect one another. This man, Dr. Masaru Emoto, studied the structure of water molecules and found that when exposed to loving or hateful intentions, music, prayer -- all kinds of things -- it changed the shape of the water molecules. True or not, this feels true when you think about it. When you are in a great headspace, full of happiness and in your groove and someone comes in with anger or massive complaints it will almost always diminish your happiness. We ARE all mostly water and if this is true, then we can change our every day and the days of those around us. If we are more loving, grateful, patient, solution- focused (instead of problem focused) this affects everything that has water. Which is pretty much everything and everyone. Also, How could that NOT affect our health, our bodies as well? Let's protect everyone's chance at having a beautiful day every day as best we can. Be a positive water molecule!
